The reliable and accurate working and performance of actuator controlled valves is directly affected by all components i.e. valve body, actuator, positioner, regulators etc. and can only be achieved when all parts and components work together in strict harmony.
To test the complete valve and its controls, the test bench can be completed with the pedestal mounted actuator control - and test system. This enables the user to test and adjusting the ‘trim’ of the complete (control) valve to the manufacture specification or specific process requirements. With the use of the installed systems the valve is sent to the full open and close position and the responds of the controls can be verified and tested.
