General Purpose

The Polir F6 is a lightweight, battery-powered machine for repairing and reconditioning the metal seats and sealing surfaces of all common shut-off valves and pressure relief valves. Designed for both on-site and workshop use, it is suitable for all common seat materials and is supplied ready for use in a durable carrying case.

The Polir F6 comes complete with grinding and guiding plates for flat valve seats from ¼" to 6" (DN6–DN150). The guiding plate and ball joint ensure quick and accurate alignment, while the eccentric orbital grinding motion produces a uniform crosshatch finish and excellent seat flatness for reliable sealing performance.
