Ventil designs, manufactures and markets test units for high-pressure testing of industrial valves and safety devices, serving energy and process industry clients worldwide. Ventil Middle East handles sales, service and after-sales support across the Middle East, Southeast Asia and South Asia.

The Service Team
You will become part of an enthusiastic, close-knit team covering technical support, work preparation, Service and Aftersales. Close collaboration between team members, day-to-day enjoyment at work, and attention to the individual are important elements within the team and the wider organization.
As a Service Engineer, you will be responsible for:
- Troubleshooting and repairing machines at customer sites across the Middle East, Southeast Asia, and South Asia.
- Performing preventive and periodic maintenance to minimize breakdowns and downtime.
- Inspecting machines, identifying issues, and advising customers on proper operation and maintenance.
- Installing, commissioning, and handing over new machines to customers.
- Training customer operators in machine operation.
- Preparing service reports and providing technical recommendations.
- Working independently while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction and company interests.
The role requires flexibility, technical expertise, independence, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
What We Expect from You
- A driven, enthusiastic and energetic team player with a presentable appearance and demeanor.
- Proactive, independent and flexible — a true engineer, curious and eager to learn, with a hands-on, practical mentality.
- Able to properly analyze a problem and clearly describe and report it for others; service- and customer-oriented (experience in a technical service environment is a plus).
- Technical education in Diploma/ Bachelor’s degree level, with knowledge and experience in Mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems (PLC and software control knowledge is a plus).
- Willing and able to travel internationally on working days, and in possession of a valid driving license.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- Nationality: Filipino; Age: 25 – 30 years.
