The VC40-SRV-FL is a single-station test bench for Pressure Relief Valve testing, providing a dedicated solution that ensures safe, accurate and repeatable valve performance verification.
Designed in accordance with ASME BPVC Section XIII considerations, the system is optimized for high-volume capacity testing. It incorporates a powerful dynamic lift mechanism and cushioned valve re-seating to minimize impact forces and help prevent valve seat damage during testing.
The test bench can be configured with a volume capacity of up to 295 liters (10.4 ft³) and features a 50 mm (2") full-bore J-tube test connection.
