General Purpose

The NR10 is a stationary workshop machine designed for the safe and efficient removal and installation of nozzle inserts in pressure relief valves. Corrosion and thread sealants can make nozzle removal difficult, but the NR10 loosens and reinstalls nozzles quickly and with minimal operator effort. Size range: 1/2″-10″ (DN15–DN250).

Built on a rigid base frame, the NR10 features a powerful electronically controlled gear drive, a 3-jaw chuck and an adjustable retaining system that securely holds the valve body during operation. The controlled drive applies torque progressively until the nozzle breaks free, ensuring safe, reliable and damage-free disassembly and reassembly.

Remarks:

The NR10 is equipped with a digital control system that allows the operator to preset a maximum torque limit and monitor the applied torque in real time.
