Pro Dual 10

The Pro Dual 10 is a stationary - workshop machine for re-finishing and repairing the seats and sealing surfaces of all common types of Gate, Globe, Check and Pressure Relief Valves. Suitable for valve sizes 1/4"–10" (DN6–DN250). The ridged column is mounted on a strong base structure, completed with a tilting clamping table and set of drawers for the storage of all accessories, drive heads, tools and consumables.

Features the unique ‘orbital’ driven grinding and lapping technology. The diametrical adjustable drive head rotates slowly, while the five mechanically driven, fast rotating grinding plates produce the perfect cross hatch machining pattern. The internal gearing system rotates the grinding plates in the same speed and this results in the best seat flatness accuracy and the finest lapping finish, in the best possible time.
