Model: ORION LM
The Orion LM portable liquid test systems are used for pressure testing valves, pipes, vessels, cylinders, actuators and all other critical pressure equipment. The high quality ‘plug & play’ test systems are packed in a robuust carying case / trolley and are therefore easy to use on-site or in-shop. Test fluid: Potable water or hydraulic oil.
- LM 100: Max 100 bar (1,450 psi) / 0-160 bar (2,300 psi)
- LM 500: Max 500 bar (7,250 psi) / 0-600 bar (8,700 psi)
- LM 1000: Max 1,000 bar (14,500 psi) / 0-1,600 bar (23,200 psi)
- LM 1500: Max 1,500 bar (21,750 psi) / 0-2,000 bar (30,000 psi)

PORTABLE LIQUID TEST SYSTEM
The test system is completed with quick coupler connections for the drive air, test fluid, high pressure outlet and the test fluid release/drain line.
The set is standard completed with a high pressure hose for connecting the test system to the test object.
The sequence ‘kill switch’ is installed to make sure that the operator remains with the test system when the test object is being pressurized. The controls ensures easy and safe operations.
