HC15-U refurbishment
We’re proud to showcase a successful refurbishment of a VENTIL control valve test bench HC15-U, originally delivered in 2010 to British Petroleum (BP) Tangguh LNG, West Papua, Indonesia.
This work was prepared by executing a thorough equipment condition health check, well planned and carried out by one of our service engineers at the customer site, ensuring every detail was assessed before refurbishment.
Originally equipped with a low-pressure (LP) air test system and bi-directional seat test system as per ANSI/FCI 70-2, this test bench has now been upgraded with a high-pressure (HP) liquid test system, fully compliant with API 598, EN 12266-1, and ISO 5208 standards.
This project is a perfect example of how existing test equipment can be refurbished, re-used and enhanced with additional test systems to expand capabilities and extend operational life. Proving that VENTIL’s innovation isn’t just about new machines, but smarter upgrades too.
