To assure an accurate and safe high-pressure hydrostatic test procedure, the valve cavity and bonnet must be completely filled with liquid. By eliminating trapped air, the system ensures accurate test results, improves operator safety by minimizing the risk of compressed air pockets and significantly reduces the time required to prepare the valve for pressure testing.

This automatically controlled system provides a high-volume liquid filling process to rapidly fill the valve body, bonnet and internal cavities.
Vacuum filling system (optional)
With the valve clamped horizontally, complete filling of internal cavities can be challenging, as most valves lack a dedicated de-airing point. For valves without air venting capability, the optional vacuum filling system creates a vacuum in the valve body, bonnet, and internal cavities before automatically switching to high-volume filling. Depending on the valve design, it removes 95–100% of trapped air prior to filling with test liquid, ensuring reliable and efficient testing.
