The VCP2 is a pneumatic test and control panel specifically engineered for the functional testing, calibration and stroking of pneumatic valve positioners and control valves. Designed for both field service and workshop environments, the unit is housed in a rugged steel enclosure that provides durability under demanding operating conditions.
The VCP2 features two independent pneumatic pressure control circuits, each equipped with a dedicated precision pressure regulator, pressure gauge, and quick-connect coupling, enabling accurate and reliable pressure control during testing procedures.

To support comprehensive valve diagnostics and commissioning, the panel incorporates an integrated 4-20 mA current loop for precise control and simulation of positioner input signals, allowing verification of valve response, positioner performance and actuator functionality.
